Terms and Conditions
- Business day count starts only after the client provides all resources requested and when the project scope is divided into milestones and approved. Each milestone should be activated on Upwork before the start.
- Resources needed for the design, such as fonts, stock photos, and icons, are not included in the prices above. The client will pay for those, and the rights to use them shall be theirs.
- This quote includes the time estimated for the performance of the described deliverables from the executor’s side. Additional work for components that appear during performance could change the total amount of time spent(e.g., edits or improvements required). Overtime work will be charged on the hourly basis with the rate agreed.
- New components not described in the scope of work will be assessed in a new estimate.
- Usage rights: After the work is completed and payment has been received, the client will own the rights to the design.
- In case of project cancellation, the client will pay for the relative part of the work conducted from when the project began.
- The client provides access to the host domain before the start of the dev phase.
- The results of the executor’s work are presented in the InVision app with a short explanation (possible in video format).
- The client can discuss the presented design within the client’s team and leave comments that do not contradict each other.
- The client should assign ONE person to leave all the comments in the InVision app.
